Tours of Note: Kanye West

After beating 50 cent in their much publicized “album feud,” Kanye is ready to take on the world in the form of a tour. It starts this Friday, and is probably sold out at this point. But, more importantly, who bought the album?
After releasing “Graduation” on Sept. 11, West hit the platinum mark by Sept. 27 . Were you one of them? Did you support Kanye in his effort to defeat fitty? Or were the sounds of “Ayo Technology ” too seductive to pass up?
I ain’t gonna lie. My sister bought Kanye, which I quickly ripped to my computer, and I tried out the new Amazon music store by downloading “Ayo” for a measly 89 cents (when I bought it, there was no tax for top forty songs. Could be good if you need to legally buy that guilty pleasure of yours).
And to all of you who still think Kanye is still a jerk for throwing tantrums for not winning anything, check out his SNL skit where he throws tantrums at the kid’s choice awards, Nobel Peace Prize and a pumpkin contest.
“Aw HELL NAW! My album went gold in a DAY!” C’mon. Go see Kanye. He never wins anything…
