News: Interactive Music Video from Arcade Fire

News

I know, this isn’t normally our bag, but this is too freaking cool to pass up.

The Montreal band Arcade Fire released an interactive music video for “Neon Bible” online (I have no idea when, so this could be old, but whatever) and it’s exactly how it sounds: As the music plays, you see a darkened Win Butler with only his head and hands visible.

With the cursor on your screen, you can click on his face and hands for him to do various motions, all while “Neon Bible” is playing. At times, the screen shifts and puts Butler in another pose, which is also clickable.

In essence, you are given the power to create the music video yourself and it’s insanely cool.

And if you’re new to Arcade Fire, and liked this song, check out their albums Neon Bible and Funeral.
